摘要
目的 研究超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)对浓缩铀诱导PC12细胞凋亡的保护作用。方法 在PC12细胞中加入浓缩铀DMEM/F12工作液 ,计算PC12细胞的内照射吸收剂量。结果 SOD可抑制浓缩铀诱发细胞活性迅速下降及DNA链断裂 ,同时提高细胞内游离精脒含量。结论 研究表明外源性SOD在清除自由基、抑制凋亡。
Objective Our study examined the protective effects of superoxide dismutase (SOD)on PC12 cell induced by enriched uranium.Methods PC12 cell was irradiated with DMEM/F12 agent of enriched uranium,and the internal exposure doses were calculated.Results SOD significantly reduced the rapid decrease of the cell viability and DNA chain fragmentation when treated with enriched uranium and markedly enhanced the free spermidine of PC12 cell.Conclusions The findings suggested that exogenous SOD might play an important role in scavenging intracellular free radical,inhibiting apoptosis and protecting cells against injuries induced by enriched uranium.
