Aim To study the diversification of serum CK and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) after fatigue and investigate the effect of the supplement of compound pho sphatide on permeability of cell membrane for the supplement of compound phospha tide during the motor exercise. Methods Ten healthy volunteers aged 19-21 from G uangzhou P.E. College, were asked to take compound phosphatide for 3 weeks, and other ten volunteers were used as controls. The concentration of serum CK and ac tivities of LDH were detected before treatment, at the quiet state of 1,2 and 3 weeks after treatment, immediately after exhaustive exercise and in the next mor ning after exhaustive exercise respectively, and then was compared with control group in results. Results The concentration of serum CK[μmol/(s·L)] in the expe rimental group taking compound phosphatide for 1 week reduced from (5.38±0.30) to (3.98±0.27) immediately after exhaustive exercise, and from (3.33±0.30) to( 2.43±0.25) in the next morning after exhaustive exercise, with a significant di fference(P< 0.05).The concentration of serum LDH[μmol/(s·L)] in the experiment al group reduced from(6.78±0.47) to (5.77±0.42) immediately after exhaustive e xercise, and from (4.65±0.30) to (3.12±0.30) in the next morning after exhaust ive exercise, also with a significant difference(P< 0.05).Conclusion After the s upplement of compound phosphatide, the concentrations of serum CK and LDH reduce significantly. It is indicated that compound phosphatide is effective in prevent ion of the integrity of cell membrane structure.
