摘要
着重探讨某些脑区非胍基多胺 (腐胺 ,精脒 ,精胺等 )与衰老关系 ,结果表明人工致衰老组和自然衰老组大鼠的纹状体、下丘脑。
The relation between non-guanidino-polyamine (putrescine,spermidine,spermine etc.)and aging was investigated. The result showed that polyamine decreased in brain regions of striatum,hypothalamus,cortex and cerebellum of aging rats.
