摘要 目的 探讨Perthes病和一氧化氮 (NO)的关系。方法  ( 1)检测 2 0例Perthes病患侧和健侧髋关节液NO浓度。 ( 2 )运用Westernblot分析 6例Perthes病股骨头软骨及 2例因其他原因病死患儿的正常股骨头软骨诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (iNOS)表达。结果  ( 1)Perthes病患侧髋关节液中NO浓度高于健侧髋关节液 (P <0 0 1)。 ( 2 )Perthes病股骨头软骨中有iNOS表达 ,而正常股骨头软骨中无iNOS表达。结论 Perthes病病变过程中有iNOS表达及NO产生 ,NO参与了Perthes病的形成、发展。 Objective To study whether there is a relationship between Perthes disease and nitric oxide (NO).Methods 1.Synovial fluid NO concentration was determined in 20 patients with Perthes disease.2.Expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) on cartilages of 6 patients with Perthes disease and on those of 2 age matched children who had died because of other causes was studied by the method of Western Blot.Results 1.The level of NO in synovial fluids of patients with Perthes disease is higher than that of the normal controls ( P <0 01).2.There is expression of iNOS in cartilages from patients with Perthes disease,but not in 2 normal cartilages.Conclusions This study shows that there are iNOS expression and NO production in Perthes disease,therefore we may conclude that NO takesa a part in pathogenesis and development of Perthes disease.
