摘要
目的 :分析粗隆下旋转截骨术治疗Perthes病的效果。方法 :采用粗隆下旋转截骨的方法为 36例Perthes病的患者 (37髋 )作了治疗 ,患者平均年龄 8.5岁 (3～ 14岁 )。受到随访的有 2 4例 (2 5髋 ) ,平均随访 5 .6年 (2～ 10年 )。根据临床表现及X线表现分别做出评估。结果 :临床分组优良率占 80 % ,X线分组优良率占 80 %。其中 9岁以前的患者治疗效果较好。结论 :粗隆下旋转截骨术治疗Perthes病效果满意 ,简便易行。
Objective:To analysis the result treated Perths disease with the rotation osteotomy in subtrochanteric.Methods Treated Perthes disease with the rotation osteotomy in subtrochanteric for 36 patients(37hip).The average age was 8.5 years (3～14 years).A total of 24 patients(25 hips)were participated in the follow-up.Follow-up averaged 5.6 years.The evaluation had done by the clinical and X-ray manifestation.Results:The rate of good and fare was 80%with the clinical group.The rate of good and fare was 80% with the X-ray group.The patients before 9 years were good with this operation.Conclusion This operation is good and simple for the most Perthes diseases.
