摘要
把2种不同煅烧工艺烧成的熟料和制成的水泥按不同比例掺混制成混合水泥。经研究发现,这些混合水泥及其所配成的混凝土物理性能和混凝土的耐久性,与单纯立窑和回转窑煅烧工艺制成的水泥相比有明显的区别,当立窑和回转窑水泥的混合比为1∶3时,混合水泥及其混凝土的强度和耐久性指标均优于单一窑型的加权平均值。
Mixed cement was prepared in varying ratio with the shaft kiln cement and r otary kiln cement.The research reveals that remarkable difference in the physical property and performance of c ement and concrete between the mixed cement and the shaft /rotary kiln cement.When the mix ratio of the shaft kiln cement and r otary kiln cement is 1:3,the strength and durability of the mixed cement and the resultant concrete are better than the weighte d average of the two single cements.
