摘要
研究了立窑水泥和回转窑水泥与混凝土减水剂的相容性。实验结果表明,与回转窑水泥相比,优质立窑水泥配制混凝土的减水率与回转窑水泥相近,但凝结时间大幅度延长。适当细磨可以缩短含氟立窑水泥配制混凝土的凝结时间,但无法消除立窑水泥配制混凝土凝结时间偏长的缺点。
The authors made a research on the adaptability of shaft kiln cement and rotary kiln cement to the water reducer for concrete. The experimental results show that compared with rotary kiln cement the water reducing rate on concrete made by high quality shaft kiln cement is close to that made by rotary kiln cement, but the setting time is greatly prolonged. Finer grinding in a proper way will reduce the setting time of concrete made by shaft kiln cement containing F. However, it is impossible to eliminate the disadvantage of prolonged setting time.
