摘要
用优质立窑水泥与回转窑水泥配制C30混凝土,对比它们的施工性能和力学性能。实验结果表明,优质立窑水泥配制混凝土的力学比能与同品种、同标号大中型回转窑水泥相近;但由于立窑水泥颗粒级配不合理,凝结时间较长,导致了混凝土拌和物泌水率明显偏大。此外,水泥中混合材的品种、质量及掺量对混凝土的建筑性能影响较大。从提高混凝土施工性能及力争吐能的角度出发,提出进一步改善立窑水泥质量的方向与途径。
The experiments are Inad on C30 concrete made of shaft kiln cement and rotary kiln cement respeively to compe theirconstruction Pefores and mechwhcal twies. The results reveal tha the mechwhcal Properties of concrete made of highquality shaf kiln cement are sindlar to those made of rotary kiln cement. However, as the granulomnetry of shaf kiln cement issomewhat ied0nal, it causes long setting time and high bleeding on concrete. Further more, the variety, quality and amount of-at added to cement win also give sighfican effects on the constrUtion Performance of concrete. From the technical point ofview, the authors put forward their opinions on how to imopve the quality of cement Produced by shaft kiln.
