摘要
用优质立窑熟料与回转窑熟料混合粉磨制成525号Ⅱ型硅酸盐水泥,通过改变立窑熟料掺量、水泥粉磨细度来进一步考察优质立窑水泥与回转窑水泥配制混凝土时存在的差异。同时也从混凝土建筑性能方面探讨了优质立窑熟料与回转窑熟料混合磨制水泥的可行性。从缩小优质立窑水泥与大、中型回转窑厂生产的水泥的差距以及提高立窑水泥配制混凝土的建筑性能出发,对立窑厂提出了五点改进意见。
This is a study to produce 525# type Ⅱ Portland cement by means of combined grounding with high quality shaft kiln clinker and rotary kiln clinker. By varying the mixing proportion of shaft kiln clinker and cement grinding fineness it is possible to obtain different properties of concrete. From the views of construction properties, a feasibility study is made on cement by combined grinding with high quality shaft kiln clinker and rotary kiln clinker. By then, five points of improvement opinions are put forward for shaft kiln plant on how to reduce the gap between the cements produced by high quality shaft kiln plant and modern rotary kiln plant so as to upgrade the concrete properties made of shaft kiln cement.
