大豆蛋白质、脂肪含量及其它农艺性状遗传规律的轮配分析 被引量:21

摘要 用2个高蛋白质、2个高脂肪含量的亲本品种轮配杂交的F_(1)资料,按Griffing方法2模型1对蛋白质、脂肪含量及其它农艺性状的配合力及其它遗传参数进行了统计分析。研究结果如下1.蛋白质和脂肪含量在F_(1)世代都没有杂种优势表现,为中间型遗传。2.全部农艺性状的GCA效应都较SCA效应更为重要,特別是蛋白质和脂肪含量。3.三类相关值和通径分析表明,生育日数、开花期或一荚粒数与蛋白质或脂肪含量之间存在密切关系。 Statistic analysis on the combining ability and other genetic parameters of protein and oil contents and other agronomic characters by Griffing’s method 2(parents-F_(1))mode I with dianel crossed F_(1)’s data of 2 high protein and 2 high oil content parental varieties was made.Results were summarized as follows:1.Both the protein and oil contents had no heterosis performance in F_(1).Their heredity was of the intermediary type.There was significant possitive correlation between F_(1) and rap,Bp of LP.It was suggested that genotypes with high protein or high oil contents should be selected as parents for quality improvement in breeding work.2.GCA effects were more important than SCA effects in all agronomic characters,especially the protein and oil contents.It was expressed as complete corresponding characteristic between high protern and high oil content parent type at general ability effects of other agronomic characters,either possitive or negative value.There was no agreement between specific combining ability effect and average value of protein and oil contents of the combination.Specific combining ability seemed better for the low protein and the low oil content parent than that of the parent with high protein and oil content.3.The parameters of three kinds of correlation and path analsis showed a close relationship between protein or oil content and growth period,flowering date or number of seeds per pod.The estimates of QGy of growth period,flowering date or number of seeds per pod were nearly 1 to protein or oil content,which may’be used as indirect selected characters for protein or oil content since no direct selection can be made.
