热重法测定阿奇霉素的热寿命 被引量:2

摘要 用等温热重 ( TG)技术研究了阿奇霉素的热寿命 ,得到了失重为 5 %,7%和 1 0 %的寿命方程 .同时用 Kinssinger法计算了第二步热分解反应的活化能为 1 2 6 .4 k The lifetime of azithromycin was studied by isothermal thermogravimetry(TG)method.The lifetime equations at various weightloss ratio of 5%,7% and 10% were deduced as lg τ = 2083.96 / T -4.1299, lg τ =4588.797/ T -8.9821 and lg τ =5074.97 /T -9.7668,respectively.The activation energy of thermal decomposition reaction in the second step obtained by using the method of Kinssinger is 126.43kJ/mol.
