摘要
通过使用氢氧化钠的甲醇溶液调节阿奇霉素盐溶液pH值从阿奇霉素盐溶液中直接析晶获得阿奇霉素晶体。实验结果表明:氢氧化钠甲醇溶液浓度0.3mol/L,反应温度30℃,甲醇与水体积比1:1.5析晶结果较好,收率高于萃取浓缩工艺。
Crystallization of azithromycin was obtained directly from aqueous phase by adjusting the pH value with sodium hydroxide which dissolved in methanol. The best conditions were: concentration of sodium hydroxide 0.3 mol/L, temperature 30℃, volumetric proportions of methanol to aqueous 1 :l. 5. Parallel experiments showed the yield was higher than originally method by extraction and inspissation.
