摘要
采用正交试验 ,以芦蒿总黄酮得率为考察指标 ,对影响芦蒿花总黄酮提取工艺的因素进行了探讨和研究 。
By using orthogonal experimental design, guiding by the extraction rate of the total flavones, a better technological condition to extracting total flavones from Artemisia selengensis is obtained.
