摘要 目的 研究竹叶黄酮提取物的生产工艺条件。方法 竹叶水煎煮液经大孔树脂柱色谱 ,70 %乙醇洗脱 ,减压浓缩 ,用乙醇或丙酮溶解浓缩液 ,过滤 ,减压浓缩滤液至浸膏再经真空干燥 ,得黄色粉末。结果 竹叶黄酮含量达到 4 0 %以上。结论 竹叶黄酮制备工艺简捷 。 OBJECTIVE To study the productive technology of flavonoids extract from the leaves of Phyllostachys pubescens. METHOD The leaves of Phyllostachys pubescens was extracted with boiling water. The filtrate were adsorbed on macroporous resin column and eluted by 70%ethanol. The alcoholic eluate after concentration was dissolved with ethanol or acetone. Filter the solution to remove insoluble sediments, decompress and concentrate the solution to extract. Then dry in vacuum to obtain yellow powder. RESULTS The total flavonoids contents was over 40%. CONCLUSION Technical conditions for the preparation of Phyllostachys pubescens flavonoids extract are optimized, simple, and such extraction is suitable for mass production.
