摘要
用酶联免疫吸附分析法(ELISA) 对酪蛋白经胃蛋白酶作用 30,60,90,120和 150 min的酶解消化液中β-Casomorphin-7样物质的含量进行了测定。结果分别为29.5±4.08,47.6±4.17,75.4±4.57,118±7.12和(99.2±5.69)ug/L;平均回收率为97.9%。ELISA方法检测结果表明,酪蛋白2h酶解消化液中β-Casomorphin-7样物质含量最高。
Casein dissolved was treated with porcine pepsin (w: w = 30: 1 ) in acid substrates at pH = 1. 4 for 30, 60, 90,120 and 150 min at 37℃. Using ELISA determination, the average content detected were 29. 5±4. 08, 47. 6 ± 4. 17, 75. 4 ±4. 57, 118 ± 7. 12 and (99. 2 ± 5. 69) ug/L respectively. Results show that the content of β- Casomorphin - 7 was detected in2 hours digests to be highest. The average regain rate is 97. 9%.
