文中对生物活性多肽的制备和纯化进行了综述,详细阐述了生物活性肽的制备,包括化学合成法、提取法、重组菌生产法和酶解法,及其分离和纯化,包括凝胶过滤色谱、反相液相色谱等方法。
The paper reviewed the preparation and purification of bioaetive peptides, described the preparation methods, including chemical syn- thesis, extraction, recombinant strain production and enzymatic hydrolysis, and finally introduced its separation and purification methods, inclu- ding gel filtration chromatography, RP-HPLC, etc.
