添加纤维素酶和糖蜜对大黍青贮饲料品质的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Acremonium Cellulolyticus and Molasses, Applied at Ensiling, on Quality of Panicum Maximum Silages

摘要 采用第一次刈割大黍为原料 ,设添加纤维素酶、糖蜜及对照的 3个组 ,青贮 6 0 d后 ,评定其营养价值。结果 :1常规成分 :添加组 p H较对照组显著降低 ;粗蛋白质在对照组、纤维素酶和糖蜜组的含量依次增加 ;粗纤维在添加组比对照组显著降低 ;挥发性碱基氮在纤维素酶组和糖蜜组分别比对照组显著、极显著降低。 2细胞成分 :细胞内容物在对照组显著低于两个添加组 ;OCW在对照组显著地高于两个添加组 ;Oa以添加纤维素酶组最低 ,糖蜜组显著高于纤维素酶组 ,与对照组间差异不显著 ;Ob以对照组最高 ,各组差异显著 ;ADF含量由于添加纤维素酶和糖蜜而降低 ;NDF由于添加纤维素酶和糖蜜分别显著、极显著降低。 3有机酸 :乳酸由于添加纤维素酶和糖蜜而显著高于对照组 ;乙酸在各组间差异显著 ;丙酸在对照组与两个添加组间差异显著 ;丁酸在对照组含量最高 ,并与两添加组间差异显著。 4糖组成 :甘露糖经青贮发酵 ,糖蜜组含量 10 0 .42 μg/ g青贮饲料 ,其他组为 0 ;糖蜜组使果糖含量增加到 472 .14μg/ g青贮饲料 ;葡萄糖在原料草为 16 2 μg/ g,经过青贮 ,对照组被消耗 ,添加组含量分别增加 5和 2 5倍 ;半乳糖在对照组为 0 ,添加组分别产生196 .91、5 18.2 1μg/ g青贮饲料 ,糖蜜组比纤维素酶组高近 3倍 ;在添加组产生阿? An experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of silage additives on the nutritive value of panicum maximum ensiled after first cut- period. Forge was assigned to three treatments: no additives (control), acremonium cellulolyticus and molasses. The evaluated factors were various nutrition composition of silages after 60′days fermentation. The results showed that:1.Routine nutrition compositions: Silages treated with acremonium cellulolyticus and molasses had much lower pH value than control silages. Silage additives increased crude protein content, the level was highest with molasses and the reverse results were obtained in crude fiber content. Volatile basic nitrogen was markedly decreased with acremonium cellulolyticus and molasses compared with the control. 2. Cell constituents: The content of cell in control was lower compared with additives. The content of OCW in control treatment was significantly higher than acremonium cellulolyticus and molasses. Acremonium cellulolyticus additives significantly decreased the content of Oa, which were much lower than molasses and control treatments. Silages in control had the highest content of Ob and there were clear difference among three treatments.The additives of acremonium cellulolyticus and molasses also reduced the contents of ADF compared with the control and the same tendency was observed in NDF content. 3. Organic acid constituents: The level of lactic was increased by acremonium cellulolyticus and molasses. Silage additives had an increase (P<0.05) in concentration of acetic acid. The production of propiopic acid was low in additive treatments. The content of butyric content was much higher in control than in additives (P<0.05). 4. Sugar constituents: After fermentating, only silages in molasses treatment had mannose at 100.42ug/g ·silage and fructose at 472.14ug/g · silage. In acremonium cellulolyticus and molasses silages, there were a 5 and 25 times increase in content of glucose compared with the initial content (162ug/g). Forage ensilaged with additives produced galactose which in molasses were 518.21ug/g·silage, three time as much as that in acremonium cellulolyticus(196.91ug/g·silage). Arabose was detected in additives, three times higher in acremonium cellulolyticus than in molasses. Acremonium cellulolyticus and molasses also increased xylose content by 37 and 13 times respectively compared with the control.
