摘要
在许多国家,青贮饲料是牲畜的重要饲料形式。不同发酵类型的青贮菌制剂会对青贮发酵产物的营养品质、有氧稳定性和动物采食量产生重要的影响。笔者就青贮发酵菌制剂的筛选标准,同型、异型乳酸发酵菌种组成做了介绍,主要就同型、异型和混合3种乳酸发酵对青贮产物的品质影响及作用机理进行分析和综述。
In many countries silage is an important feed for livestock. Different bacteria species used in the inoculation process can significantly effect the fermentation of silage, having a substantial effect on the silages nutrition, aerobic stability and animal intake. In this paper, a selection standard for silage bacteria inoculants and bacteria formation species of homofermentative and heterofermentative is introduced, with the influence on fermentation quality discussed. Further, the functional principles of homofermentative, heterofermentative and mixed-fermentative are analyzed and a summary is presented.
