摘要
利用在硫酸介质中亚硝酸根催化溴酸钾氧化吖啶橙的褪色反应 ,建立了测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法。方法检出限为 7.6× 1 0 -8mol/ L,线性范围 0～1 .1 2× 1 0 -6mol/ L。
The catalytic effect of NO - 2 on oxidation of acidine orange(AO) by potassium bromate was studied, and a new method for determination of NO - 2 based on this was reported. The linear range for determination of NO - 2 is 0～1 12×10 -6 mol/L with detection limit of 7.6×10 -8 mol/L.The method was applied to determination of nitrite in water with satisfactory results.
