摘要 研究在亚硝酸根催化下溴酸钾氧化溴甲酚绿的褪色反应,并据此建立一种测定痕量亚硝酸根的新催化光度法。该方法在室温下进行,操作尤为方便,有良好的选择性,线性范围为0~0.32mg/L,亚硝酸根(NO-2)的检出限为0.127μg/L。应用于几种环境水样中痕量亚硝酸根的测定时,相对标准偏差小于4.5%,水样加标回收率平均为100.1% new catalytic photometric method is developed for determining trace nitrite. The method is based on the decoloration of bromocresol green oxidized by potassium bromate under the catalysis of nitrate. This method showed a high selectivity and a detection limit of 1.27×10 -10 kg/L for NO - 2 and a linear relation within the range of 0 ̄0.32 mg /L NO - 2. It can be operated conveniently at room temperature. This method was used to detect trace nitrite in several environment water samples with a relative standard deviation of less than 4.5%, and the average recovery of standard added to water samples was 100.1%.
