摘要
1989年8月,从大亚湾短吻鲾Leiognathus brevirosiris的胆囊中发现粘孢子虫拟单囊虫属一新种,定名为鲾拟单囊虫Coccomyxa leiognatha sp.nov.,该种孢子前部较宽大,中后部窄小,外观似手榴弹状,体前部具一棒状或椭圆形极囊。
A new species of Myxospora from marine fish Leiognathtis breviro-siris, collected from Daya Bay of South China Sea, is described. Type specimen is deposited in South China Sea Institute of Oceanology, Aca-demia Sinica.
Coccomyxa leiognatha sp.nov. (fig. 1:1 - 5 ).
Host. Leiognathus brevirosiris (C. & V..),
Location in host. Gall-bladder.
Vegetative form. Sporont with two spores. Spore. Grenade-like in front and sutural view. Sutural ridge fine. Polar capsule ellipsoidal or rodshaped.Sporoplasm evenly distributed, without iodinophilous vacuole. Dimensions of the specimens. Spore 20.5 (16-25)um×7.27 (6-9 ) u× 7.1(6.2-8.5)um, polar capsule 7.5(6-9 )um×2.57(2.2-3 )um.
This species differs from Coccomyxa morovi L. & H. in shape,length and breadth of spore, and in the length and breadth of polar capsule (see table 1 )
