摘要
本文记述了1985年春、秋两季对大亚湾鱼类复殖吸虫鉴定的结果,其中有3新种:大亚湾斑点吸虫,新种 Maculifer dayawanensis sp. nov., 大亚湾重肛吸虫,新种 Bianium dayawanense sp. nov.,大亚湾伪类孔吸虫,新种 Pseudopecoeloides dayawanensis sp. nov.。并对种类组成与宿主的关系作了初步探讨,文末附有采集的吸虫名录。
The present paper deals with ten species of digenetic trematodes from fishes collected in the Daya Bay (22°5’N 114°5’E). These ten species belong to five different families, namely Opistholebetidae, Monorchiidae, Lepocreadiidae, Opecoelidae and Hemiuridae. Among them, three species are new science. The type specimens are deposited in the Institute of Oceanology and Institute of Zoology respectively. All the measurements are in mm. except ova in μm. A list of digenetic trematodes from the Daya Bay is given in the table 1.Opistholebetidae Fukui, 1929 Maculifer dayawanensis sp. nov. (fig. 1)Host Lagocephalus inermis (Temminck et Schlegel). Location intestine. Date April 16, 1985. Infection 2 specimens from 4 hosts.Description Body small nearly lozenge shaped. 2.091-3.111 long, 1.224-1.428 wide, at level of acetabulum. Oral sucker ventroterminal, 0.323-0.357 × 0.340-0.408. Post-ring 0.085- 0.102×0.204-0.323. Acetabulum is larger than oral sucker, elliptical 0.476-0.527×0.374-0.561, at posterior of middle line, situated 0.935-1.003 from posterior end.Prepharynx short, 0.102-0.119×0.102-0.136, pharynx developed, 0.204-0:221×0.238-0.272. Esophagus 0.187-0.255×0.102-0.119. Ceca curve terminating at posterior extremity.Testes paired, irregular elliptical, left testis 0.306-0.323×0.255-0.291, right testis 0.289-0.306×0.272-0.357, situated near acetabulum.Cirrus pouch long, eggplant-shaped 0.391-0.476×0.129-0.136, situated behind intestinal bifurction. Seminal vesicle 0.187-0.221×0.085 -0.102, contained in cirrus pouch. Genital pore opening in front of intestinal bifurction.Ovary elliptical, 0.255-0.323×0.255-0.408, immediately in front of right testis, close to acetabulum. Receptaculum seminis elongate-elliptical 0.153-;0.170× 0.136-0.170, situated anterior to ovary. Laurer’s canal extends to anterior. Vitellaria follicles from the level of pharynx to posterior of body. Uterus simple, extending from anterior of ovary to genital pore. Eggs numerous 66-75×31-33.Discussiom: This species is similar to M. japonicus Layman, 1930 but differs from it in the testes, ovary and acetabulum placed close to each one; the testes tandem; the genital pore opening anterior to intestinal bifurcation and the eggs smaller.Lepocreadiidae (Odhner, 1905) Nicoll, 1935 Bianium dayawanense sp. nov. (fig. 2)Host .Lagocephalus lunaris spadiceus (Richardson)Location intestine.Date April 17, 1985.Infection 4 specimens from 1 host.Description Body small, long tongue-shaped, 1.343-1.887 ×0.391-0.425. Both side of pre-acetabulum extended into thin lobe 0.323-0.476×0.119-0.187. Oral sucker ventroterminal, round 0.085-0.153 in diameter. Preoral lobe 0.034-0.102 long. Acetabulum round 0.102-0.136 in diameter, at anterior part of middle half of body.Prepharynx short 0.025-0.034×0.034-0.051, pharynx elliptical 0.051-0.102×0.068-0.102, esophagus 0.034-0.068×0.034. Ceca extending to the posterior end of the body and opening outside at posterior extremity.Testes elliptical obliquely, at posterior of anterior half of body, anterior testis 0.187-0.238×0.119-0.204, posterior testis 0.204-0.305×0.119-0.221. Seminal vesicle divided into two parts. Internal seminal vesicle 0.085-0.136×0.051-0.119, external seminal vesicle 0.085-0.102×0.051-0.119, lies behind cirrus pouch. Cirrus pouch claviform 0.238-0.340×0.068-0.153, at posterior of acetabulum. Genital pore opening to pre-acetabulum.Ovary grape-shaped, at middle line of body, 0.187-0.221×0.170-0.272. Receptaculum seminis 0.102-0.119×0.068-0.085, in front of acetabulum. Vitelline follicles extending from the middle of acetabulum to posterior of body. Uterus winding between ovary and acetabulum.. Eggs bean shaped 48-54×30-39.Discussion This species is similar to B. cryptostoma (Ozaki, 1928) Manter, 1940 but the latter species differs from the new species in the larger size of body (2.5-2.8×1.0-1.2), the pharynx absent, the receptaculum seminis being in the left of ovary and the vitellaris extending from level of genital pore.
