浙江省淡水鱼类寄生粘孢子虫一新种和属的新纪录(粘孢子目:碘泡科) 被引量:1

摘要 本文报道寄生于淡水鱼斑尾复鰕虎鳃弓骨骨膜上一种罕见的粘孢子虫,形态结构特殊,孢质中含有明显的嗜碘泡,分类地位应属碘泡科的三角孢子虫属 Trigono-sporous。这次发现,是该属在我国的新纪录,并定名浙江三角孢子虫新种。文内叙述该种的形态结构和孢囊内发育各阶段的母孢子及泛成孢子母细胞等。 This paper deals with a new species and a new record of genus of Myxosporidian parasite from freshwater fish Zhejiang Province. Measurements are in microns. Type speciemens are deposited in the Department of Biology, Hangzhou University.Trigonosporous zhejiangensis sp. nov. (fig. 1)Host: Synechogobius ommaturus (Richardson)Location: Membranes of gill arch bone.Locality: Yuyao of Zhejiang (30°5'N, 121°10'E).Cyst: White, round or roundish form.Spore: Nearly isosceles triangular in front view, spindle form in top and sutural view. The anterior end is rounded, the base is convex. Two equal pyriform polar capsules arranged at the anterior end of the spore. The sporoplasm contains an iodinophile vacuole, two sporopla-sinic nuclei and two capsular nuclei are observed.Dimension of preserved (in 4% formalin) spores: Length 9.31(8.84-10.31), width 14.7 (13.26-16.21), thickness 4.22(3.68-4.79), polar capsule 3.66(3.32-4.05) by 2.25(2.06-2.58); length of extended filament 35.36(25.79-47.89), length of transversal filaments 31.38(29.94-33.15), diameter of iodinophile vacuole 2.82(2.21-3.32).This new species is similar to Trigonos porous aconthogobii Hoshina, 1952 but differs from the latter in size and shape of spores.
