摘要
用高效液相色谱法测定在广东省南雄市不同采摘时间、不同树龄的银杏叶中的总黄酮含量 ;采用Kro masilC18柱 ,流动相为V(甲醇 )∶V(4g/L磷酸水溶液 )=55∶45体系 ,检测波长254nm ,外标法定量 ;结果表明南雄银杏叶中总黄酮平均含量为0.55 % (w,干叶计 ) ,每年6月为最佳摘叶时间。
The flavones from gingko leaves were determined by HPLC. The leaves were picked from trees of different ages of in Nanxiong on various months of 1998. The chromatographic separation was performed by kromasil C18 with an eluent consisting of methanol-4 g/L H3PO4(55∶45 by volume), and the eluate was monitored spectrophotometrically at λmax=254 nm. The results showed that the total content of flavones was 0.55 g per gram of the dry leaves, and the optimum time, in which the leaves were suitably picked, was on June.
