摘要
本文报道了用气相-质谱联用法研究柞蚕蛹虫草、桑蚕蛹虫草和冬虫夏草乙醚提取物中化学成分的方法和条件。发现柞蚕蛹虫草中主要含有的软脂酸和软脂酸乙酯与冬虫夏草的主要成分相同;桑蚕蛹虫草主要成分亚油酸和软脂酸也是冬虫夏草的重要成分。
Elher extracts from Cordyceps militaris(L.)Link C. sinensis (Bark.)Sacc were studiedwith gas chromatography-mass spectrummethod, It was found that hexadecanoic acidand its ?ylester are the main constituents inthe ether extracts.Octadecadienoic acid and hexadecanoic acid in C. militaris (Bombyxmori) are also important compounds inC. sinensis.
