银杏磷脂复合物的制备工艺优化 被引量:6

摘要 目的优化银杏提取物与磷脂形成复合物的制备工艺。方法以银杏提取物中黄酮复合率为评估标准,采用单因素(溶剂)和正交设计试验考察各因素对复合率的影响;并用高效液相色谱法测定银杏磷脂复合物中黄酮醇苷的含量。结果确定银杏磷脂复合物在室温下的最优制备条件,即以四氢呋喃为反应溶剂,银杏与磷脂的投料比为1∶2,反应时间为20h。结论在室温下银杏磷脂复合物的形成受溶剂、反应物投料比、反应时间的影响较大。 Objective To optimize the preparing condition of Ginkgo - phospholipid Complex. Methods The study was carried out through single factor experiment and orthogonal design with the complex yield of flavone as the guide. In addition, the content of flavone in Ginkgo - phospholipid Complex was also determined by HPLC. Results Under room temperature, the optimal preparing conditions of Ginkgo- phospholipid complex was as follows: the ratio of Ginkgo biloba extract (EBG) and phospholipid was 1 : 2, the solvent was THF and the reacted time was 20 h, The Ginkgo - phospholipid Complex prepared under the optimal conditions had the highest content of flavone, Conclusion Under room temperature, solvent, reaction ration and reaction time have prominent effect on the preparation of Ginkgo - phospholipid Complex.
