摘要
目的 :建立一种快速测定槐米中芦丁含量的方法。方法 :采用薄层扫描法 ,展开剂为乙酸乙酯 丁酮 正丁醇 甲酸 水(1 0∶6∶1∶2∶2 ) ,检测波长为 36 0nm。结果 :浓度曲线在 0 5～ 2 5 μg之间 ,Y =0 342 2 +2 1 91 7× 1 0 - 4x,r=0 9997。平均回收率为98 5 2 % ,RSD =1 76 % (n =5 )。结论 :该法简便、准确。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a TLCS method for determination of Rutin in Flos sophorae.METHOD:A TLCS method was used.The developer was ethyl accetate butanone butanol formic acid water(10∶6∶1∶2∶2)and the determination wavelength was 360nm.RESULTS:The regression equation was Y=0.3422+2 1917×10 -4 x.(r =0 9997).the average recovery was 98 55%, RSD =1 39%( n =5)。CONCLUSION:This method is simple and sensitive with good repeatability.
