摘要
中国经济能否实现跨越式发展 ,是关系到我国现代化建设第三步战略目标能否成功的一个重要标志。文章通过对中国实施西部发展战略的认识和研讨 ,指出了一个地区能否实现跨越式发展 ,取决于这个地区的开放程度。“十五”期间 。
The realization of transregional development of China is an important symbol marking the success of the third strategic object of the modernization construction of our country.The paper,based on knowledge and discussion of the implementation of the western strategic development in China,points out that the transregional development of a region depends on the degree of its opening to the outside world.It also indicates that it is feasible to realize transregional development in China.
