摘要
我国确定从“十五”起实施城镇化战略 ,这意味着今后一二十年内将有 3 -4亿农民成为“市民”。这项宏大的人口转移工程 ,只有得到科学的、普遍的、周密的、高效的成人教育的支撑 ,才可能有序而平稳地进行 ,才可能在转移推进的同时 ,促进我国经济的快速发展和社会主义现代化的进程。
the inplementation of urbanization strategy in China during the tenth five year plan means that three or four handred million farmers will become urban residents,This significant change can not take place smoothly along with the speedy economic development and socialist modernization without the strong support from adult education in a scientific,universal,effective and well conceived way.
