摘要
社会经济跨越式发展与人才配置问题是整个社会共同关注的热点。本文就惠州市社会经济跨越式发展与人才配置问题的必要性以及现状与制约因素进行分析,重点提出了九点思路与对策。
The development of society and economy with human resource management is the hot topis of whole social concern. The writers express their ideas from the necessity、the present condition of the problem and system to analyze, and make some suggestions.
