摘要
合成了绿原酸Zn(Ⅱ)配合物,通过化学分析、元素、红外光谱和热重分析,确定配合物的组成为:Zn(C16H17O9)2.3H2O;用平板法测定配体和配合物的抗菌活性,结果表明:绿原酸锌对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌活性比绿原酸强。绿原酸锌是一种好的抗菌剂。
The complex of chlorogenic acid with Zn ( Ⅱ ) was synthesized. Chemical analysis, elemental analysis, infrared and TG analysis showed that the general formula of the complex was [ Zn( C16 H17 O9 )2 ] ·3H2O. The antimicrobial of the ligand and the complex were tested, and the antimicrobial ability of the complex was stronger than the ligand.
