摘要
目前苦杏仁甙生产的主要问题是总收率仅为1.5~2.0%,提取率约为50%。究其原因在灭酶、脱脂、提取、结晶等环节存在问题。经试验与生产实践的改进,总收率提高2.9~3.1%,提取率为79%。
Now the main problem of the bitter apricot kernel glucoside production is general retrieve rate only have 1.5~2.0%,the extract rate is about 50%.There is some problems in killing enzyme,degrease, extraction and arystallization After experiment and improve the production technology,the general retrieve rate increase to 2.9~3.1%,the extract rate to 79%.
