摘要
小鼠热板法和醋酸扭体法证实苦杏仁甙有镇痛作用且无耐受性;小鼠给予苦杏仁甙后无竖尾反应及烯丙吗啡诱发的跳跃反应;苦杏仁甙无替代吗啡的作用。苦杏仁甙对二甲苯及巴豆油致炎症无抗炎活性。
nalgesic effect of
amygdalin(AM) in mice was observed in hot plate and acetic
acid-induced writhing tests.AM did not induce tolerance as morphine
did,and did not cause morphine-characteristic tail-erecting response
inmice. Mice given AM and then challenged with nalorphine showed no
jumping response.in could not substitutefor morphine in
morphine-addicted rats in relieving withdrawal syndrome. No
antiinflammatory activity was foundwith AM.
