摘要
高温固相扩散法合成了发光材料Zn1.5xBa1.5yLa1-x -y-z)BO3∶Eu3+ z(x +y +z <0 .4) .对样品进行了XRD和IR分析 ,结果表明 :在空气中 90 0℃条件下 ,合成了荧光体样品 ,LaBO3 中La3 + 离子被部分Zn2 + 和Ba2 + 离子取代使晶系发生了变化 ,LaBO3 属于正交晶系 ,而 (Zn0 .2 7Ba0 .2 4 La0 .61)BO3∶Eu3+ 0 .0 5经过XRD属于立方晶系 ,a =0 6 397,V =0 2 6 18nm3.扫描电镜测其晶貌 ,平均粒度为 2 2 μm左右 .样品的激发光谱和发射光谱显示 :在基质BO3 结构中O2 —Eu3+ 的CT带位于 2 95nm ,Eu3+ 的强发射来自5D0 →7F1和5D0 →7F2 跃迁 。
The photo luminescent materials having the formula (Zn 0.27 Ba 0.24 La 0.61 )BO 3∶Eu 3+ 0.05( x+y+z<0.4) was prepared by reaction in high temperature and the solid spread state.It was proved that fluorescent substantial samples were synthesized by heating reaction at temperature 900 ℃ in the air.The crystal system was changed since La 3+ of LaBO 3 was substituted by part of Zn 2+ and Ba 2+ .The crystal system of LaBO 3 is orthorhombic one and (Zn 0.27 Ba 0.24 La 0.61 )BO 3∶Eu 3+ 0.05 is cubic by means of X ray power diffraction. a=0.639 7 nm, V=0.261 8 nm 3.This partical shape of luminescent material is determined by scanning electron micrograph,and the average size of the luminescent materials is 22 μm.The CT band of O 2-Eu 3+ in the structure BO 3 located at 295 nm,the strong emissions of Eu 3+ come from the transitions of 5 D 0→ 7F 1 and 5 D 0→ 7F 2 ,which derived from two transition modes of magneto-dipole and electro-dipole.
