摘要
以钛酸四丁酯为前驱物,利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Eu3+掺杂TiO2纳米粉末.首先对纳米粉末的发光性质进行了一定的研究,找出了纳米晶发光效率最佳激发波长,然后用最佳激发波长对不同退火温度下摩尔分数为0.5%Eu3+离子掺杂TiO2纳米晶和同一退火温度下不同摩尔分数Eu3+离子掺杂的纳米晶进行激发,对发射光谱进行分析,从而得到制备纳米晶的最佳退火温度和最佳Eu3+离子掺杂的摩尔分数.
Using tetrabutyl titanate as precursor, europium nitrate as the dopant, Eu^3+ doped TiO2 nano - pow- der was prepared by sol - gel method. Firstly, the nature of luminescence of nano - powder was studied, and the best excitation wavelength was found. Then 0. 5% Eu^3+ doped with TiO2 nano -powder annealed at different temperature and the Eu^3+ doped with TiO2 of different mole fractions was excited by the best wavelength. After an anal- ysis of the emission spectra, the best annealed temperature and the best mole fraction of Eu3 doped with particles were gained.
