摘要
采用高温固相扩散法合成了由Eu3+和Mn2 +双掺杂以BaLaB9O1 6 为基质的荧光粉 .X射线衍射和红外光谱分析表明 :在一定温度下得到的单相产物 ,晶态样品(Ba0 .95Mn0 .0 5La0 .93Eu0 .0 7)B9O1 6与LaBO3和H3BO3的IR振动频率很吻合 ,其中B9O1 6为平面三角形结构 .分析激发光谱和发射光谱 ,Stokes位移为 7.0 3kk ,在弱还原气氛下样品中部分Eu3+被还原为Eu2 +,Eu3+→Mn2 +有敏化作用 .用扫描电镜测得荧光粉的平均粒度为3.1 0 μm.
The luminescence material of BaLaB 9O 16 :Eu 3+ 、Mn 2+ was prepared by spread methods of high temperature and solid, the monophase crystalline product was investigated by means of XRD and IR,in the resulting sample B 9O 16 exhibits plane triangle structure,it's emission and excitation spectra show that the stokes shift is 7.03?kk,in the host BaLaB 9O 16 ,the Eu 3+ was partly reduced to Eu 2+ at slightly reducing atmosphere. The Eu 3+ is a sensitizer for Mn 2+ ,the mean particle size of the sample is 3.10?μm,measured by scanning electron micrograph.
