为探讨新时期军队疗养院的建设与发展 ,本文阐述了疗养院要明确疗养院功能定位 ,充分发挥疗养院职能 ;适应市场转变观念 ,坚持改革创新发展 ;树立人才为本思想 ,加强人才队伍建设 ;加强疗养学科建设 ,发展特色专科群体。
To inquire into discussing the construction and development of the military sanatorium in new era, it is expounded in this article that the function orientation military sanatorium should be defined clearly, the function of the military sanatorium should be exerted plentifully; adapting to the market and changing the idea, abiding the regenerating, innovating and developing; erecting the thought of the talented person as the fundamentality, strengthening the talented person troops construction; strengthening the subject construction of the military sanatorium, developing the characteristic special department colony. The experience should be provided for the construction and the development of the military sanatorium.
