摘要
目的 :了解现役团以上干部的疗养需求。方法 :对海军某基地现役团以上 6 1名干部的疗养意愿进行调查 ,结果 :现役团以上干部的疗养意愿十分强烈 ,对个人的健康状况有不同程度的信心不足。结论 :上级有关部门可考虑在不影响工作的前提下 ,充分增加现役团以上干部的疗养安排。这对增强部队战斗力。
Objective: To find out the recuperate requirement in the cadres of the active army above regimental commanders. Methods: There were surveyed the recuperate requirement in the cadres of the active army of 61 cadres above regimental commanders in certain Navy Base. Results: The cadres of the active army above regimental commanders had urgent desires to make recuperate wish and deficient confidence to their own health. Conclusion: Higher authorities may calculate to increase the recuperate cadres' number, which is certainly benefit to strive battle effectiveness and to add cohesion.
