改革创新能力对医院的生存和发展起着决定性的作用。作者分析了医院领导干部改革创新能力滞后的原因 ,提出了1医院领导干部努力培养和强化改革创新意识 ;2医院领导干部要努力塑造改革开放型的性格特征 ;3巧用创造性的思维方法 ;
The innovation ability has the decisive effect on the hospital's existence and development. The author analyzed the reason of the lagging behind of the innovation ability of the hospital leaders, and put forward the countermeasures as followed.① The hospital leaders should foster and strengthen the innovation idea;② they should try hard to portray innovative characteristics; ③ using the creative thinking method cleverly;④ they should possess the comprehensive knowledge structure.
