摘要
目的:调查并分析军队疗养院科技人才队伍建设的影响因素,增强军队疗养院科技人才规划的科学性、合理性。方法:设计指标专家咨询问卷和指标权重专家咨询问卷。选取军内六所不同规模的疗养院的专家开展问卷调查。结果:层次分析结果表明,政策环境规划因素中的总体规划,政策规定,现有供应,未来需求;专业技术规划因素中的梯队计划,引进计划,晋升计划,培训计划,人才流动为军队疗养院科技人才队伍建设的主要影响因素。结论:研究可以应用于军队疗养院科技人才规划情况的评价和比较,并为军队疗养院人才规划提出策略建议。
Objective To survey and analyze influencing factors of sci - tech talent team construction in military sanatorium. Methods Expert consulting questionnaires are designed, in which standards about the factors influencing talents team construction by face-to-face interview and expert consultation; questionnaires sending is based on the standards; then the results are col-lected and analyzed statistically. Results Hierarchical analysis show that the overall planning, policies, the existing supply, the fu-ture demand in the policy environment planning, and the echelon plan, the introduction plan, promotion plan, training plan, the flow of talent in the professional technical planning are main influence factors for science and technology talents construction in military sanatorium Conclusion The research can be applied to evaluation and comparison planning of science and technology tal-ents in the military sanatorium , and give advice and suggestion for science and technology talents planning in military sanatorium.
