现代脱皮制粉中 ,影响 1B磨研磨效果的关键因素之一是磨辊技术参数 ,通过正交试验分析得出 :加工硬质小麦时 ,磨齿角度选用 40°/70°、磨辊排列采用D D、磨辊轧距为 0 7mm ;加工软质小麦时 ,选用磨齿角度为 30°/70°、磨辊排列为D D、磨辊轧距为 0 7mm 。
One of the key factors affecting the 1B grinder is the technical parameter of the rolls in modern milling progress.By orthogonal test it demonstrates 40°/70° of corrugation,D D roll orientation and 0.7 mm nip between rolls in hard wheat processing.Meanwhile,30°/70° of corrugation,D D roll orientation and 0.7 mm nip between rolls in soft wheat processing.
