摘要
目的 :探讨肝脏移植术后早期并发症的预防和治疗方法。方法 :对该院进行的原位经典式肝脏移植手术后病人的并发症情况进行总结。结果 :在 5例肝脏移植病人中早期出现神经功能障碍、肝动脉狭窄和栓塞、胆瘘和胆道梗阻、慢性排斥反应。结论 :肝移植术后早期并发症可引起严重后果 。
Objective:To evaluate the early complications of liver transplantation.Method:Five patients,including Hepatoma,liver cirrhosis and carcinoma of bile duct,were performed orthotopic liver transplantation in our hospital from April 26 to December 31,2000.Result:Five patients with Orthotopic liver transplantation had complications,including central nervous system dysfunction.hepatic artery stenosis and thrombosis,bile leaks,biliary obstruction and chronic rejection.Conclusion:Orthotopic liver transplantation has many complications with the techniques of operation.
