摘要
目的:观察丹参对低温保存小肠的保护作用。方法:23只杂种猪分成4组,Ⅰ组(6只),Euro-collins(EC)液保存供肠;Ⅱ组(5例),获取小肠前供体给予复方丹参注射液1.0ml/kg;Ⅲ组(6例),EC液+丹参注射液(20ml/L)保存供肠;Ⅳ组(6例),EC液保存供肠,血管再通时受体给予丹参注射液(1.0ml/kg),供肠保存24小时后自体移植。结果:Ⅱ、Ⅲ组移植小肠组织损伤轻,肠粘膜能量物质(ATP)含量、Na^+-K^+ATP酶和肠粘膜双糖酶活性高于Ⅰ、Ⅳ组小肠。结论:丹参具有减轻低温保存小肠组织损伤的作用。
To investigate the protective effect of salvia miltiorrhiza (SM) on small bowel autograft preserved by cold storage,23 outbred pigs were divided into 4 groups. In group 1 (n = 6), graft was preserved with Eurocollins (EC) solution, in group 2 (n = 5), donor prelreated with compound SM injection (1. 0 ml/ kg), in group 3 (w = 6), graft preserved with EC solution containing compound SM injection (20 ml/L), in group 4(n = 6).the recipient given compound SM injec-tion (1.0ml/kg). The graft was autotransplanted after 24 h storage. The Results showed Mucosal ATP content and Na+- K+ ATPase and disccharidase activity of graft were higher in groups 2 and 3 than in groups 1 and 4. It was concluded that SM attenuated tissue injury of small bowel grafts mediated by cold storage.
