摘要
通过对大鼠缺血后残肝再生过程中肝细胞超微结构进行观察，结果发现丹参组和对照组肝细胞超微结构增生性变化较缺血组明显，且前二者肝细胞超微结构损害轻、恢复快。结果说明丹参能保护缺血残肝细胞以促进肝再生。
The ultrastructure of hepatocytes duringremnant liver
regeneration following ischemiain rats was investigated in this article. It wasfounded that
hepatocyte ultrastructure had ob-vious proliferation changes, slight damagesand quick restore in
labiatae group and controlgroup as compared with ischemic group. Thesefindings suggest that
labiatae can protect rem-nant hepatocyte following ischemia therebypromothing liver regeneration.
