摘要
目的研究侧扁软柳珊瑚(Subergorgia suberosa)乙酸乙酯萃取相的化学成分。方法通过多种色谱手段,对侧扁软柳珊瑚的脂溶性成分进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据和理化性质确定化合物的结构。结果从乙酸乙酯萃取相中共分离得到9个化合物,分别为:胆甾-5-烯-3β,7α-二醇(cholesta-5-ene-3β,7α-diol,1),胆甾-1β,3β,5α,6β-四醇(cholestane-1β,3β,5α,6β-tetrol,2),胆甾醇(cholesterol,3),(E)-N-2(1,3-二羟基-4-十八烯基)-十六酰胺[(E)-N-2-(1,3-dihydroxy octadecan-4-en)-hexadecam-ide,4],鲨肝醇(baty lalcohol,5),胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷(thymidine,6),胸腺嘧啶(thymine,7),尿嘧啶(uracil,8),正十七烷(hepta-decane,9)。结论所有化合物均为首次从中国南海侧扁软柳珊瑚中分离鉴定。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of acetyl acetate extracted fraction from gorgonian Subergorgia suberosa. METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques, and their structures were elucidated by physicochemieal and spectral data. RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and identified as cholesta-5-ene-3β, 7α-diol ( 1 ), cholestane-1β, 3β, 5α, 6β-tetrol (2), cholesterol ( 3 ), ( E)-N-2-( 1, 3-dihydroxy octadecan -4-en) -hexadeeamide (4), batyl alcohol ( 5 ), thymidine ( 6 ) , thymine ( 7 ), uracil ( 8 ) and heptadecane ( 9 ). CONCLUSION All compounds have been isolated from Subergorgia suberosa for the first time.
