摘要
目的 :研究幽门螺杆菌 (HP)感染对胃粘膜下血管诱导型一氧化氮合成酶 (i NOS)活性的影响。方法 :40例十二指肠溃疡病人 ,术中取胃组织检测 HP,i NOS采用免疫组化法检测。结果 :HP阳性者 i NOS强阳性表达率为 6 2 .6 % ,阴性者为 2 3.1% (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :HP感染可激活胃粘膜血管 i NOS活性 。
Purpose: To study the effect of HP infection on gastric submucosal blood vessels. Methods: 40 cases of duodenal ulcer were studied, the gastric wall materials were taken during operation, iNOS was analysed with immunohistochemistry. Results: The strong positive immunostaining rate was 62.6% in patients with HP infection, the negative immunostaining rate was 23.1% in patients without HP infection(P<0.001). Conclusion: HP infection could activate the iNOS in gastric mucosa and result in gastritis.
