重症急性胰腺炎大鼠一氧化氮的变化 被引量:3

摘要 一氧化氮(Nitric oxide, NO)是生物体内重要的信使和效应分子,参与体内众多的生理病理过程.NO与急性胰腺炎关系密切,动物实验证实,大鼠急性胰腺炎组织中血管内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞以及腹腔巨噬细胞诱导型一氧化氮合成酶(iNOS)表达增强,血清NO含量升高,并参与胰腺组织的损害过程[1,2].有关重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)发病过程中NO动态变化国内外较少报道.本文动态观察SAP时大鼠NO水平的变化,旨在进一步探讨SAP的发病机理.
