摘要
以制备的甲基丙烯酸与甲基丙烯酸十六酯的两性共聚物为稳定剂、司班 80为乳化剂、 N ,N′亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂 ,用偶氮二异丁腈引发丙烯酸铵进行反相乳液聚合。研究了聚合条件 (引发剂用量、交联剂用量、氨水中和的 p H值、丙烯酸浓度以及聚合温度和时间 )对白浆粘度、流变性能及耐电解质能力的影响。得到的胶乳产物用水配制成质量分数 1 .5%的白浆粘度可达到 80 Pa· s以上 ,完全适合涂料印花增稠剂用。透射电子显微镜显示产物粒子为圆球形 ,直径 0 .0 2~ 0 .0 5μm,用水稀释后粒子直径增大 3~
In order to prepare a highefficient anionic thickener, inverse emulsion polymerization of ammonium acrylate using amphiphilic copolymer of hexadecyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid as stabilizer, Span80 as emulsifier, methylene bisacrylamide as crosslinker and azobisisobuty lonitrile as initiator was studied. The polymerization conditions, such as amounts of initiator and crosslinker, pH value of aq. phase, polymerization temperature and time etc. on viscosity, rheological property and antielectrolyte property of 1.5% water dispersion of the thickener were investigated. The viscosity of the 1.5% water dispersion of the thickener under optimum polymerization conditions can reach over 80 Pa·s. The size and pattern of the product particles before and after dispersing in water were observed under transmission electronic microscope
