摘要
用反相乳液聚合的方法,以高分子乳化剂与低分子乳化剂复配作为乳化系统,合成了稳定的高固含量的油包水型(W/O)聚丙烯酸胶乳。详细讨论了乳化剂性质及用量、丙烯酸的浓度及其共聚单体丙烯酰胺的用量、水相的pH值、油相体积分数和聚合工艺等因素对单体乳液及聚合体系稳定性的影响。
Stable high solid-containing latex of polyacrylic acid was obtained by inverse emulsionpolymerization in which both polymeric and common emulsifiers were used. The influence ofvarious factors,such as types of emulsifier and their dosage,kinds of monomers and theirconcentration,volume ratio of oil phase to water phase,pH value of aqueous solution andconditions of polymerization,etc on the stability of monomer emulsion and polymerizationare studied.
