摘要 采用反相乳液聚合法,以N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮为提高增稠剂耐电解质能力的功能单体,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,丙烯酸为主要原料,合成了一种耐电解质增稠剂;考察了pH值、交联剂用量、溶剂种类及用量、乳化剂和耐电解质单体用量对增稠剂性能的影响;优化了合成工艺,并应用于活性染料印花。结果表明,该耐电解质增稠剂3%原糊黏度可达到11549mPa·s,抱水性为0.3era/15min,PVI值为0.26;应用于印花,织物得色量(正面K/S值)大于12,色泽不匀度小于0.104%,渗透率大于67%,脱糊率大于73%,干摩擦牢度为4-5级,湿摩擦牢度为3-4级。 (National Engineering Laboratory for Modern Silk, College of Textile and Clothing Engineering, Soochow University, Suzhou 215021, China) Abstract: Electrolyte-resistant thickener is prepared with inverse emulsion polymerization, using N-vinyl pyrrolidone as function- al monomer to improve the ability of electrolyte-resistance, using N, N'-methylene bisacrylamide as crosslinker,acrylic acid as main monomer. The influence of pH, dosage of crosslinker, type and amount of solvent, dosage of emulsifier and electrolyte- resistant monomer on the main properties of thickener are discussed. 3-he synthesis process of electrolyte-resistant thickener is optimized. The thickener is used in reactive dye printing. The results show that the viscosity of the original paste containing 3 % self-made electrolyte-resistant thickener is 11 549 mPa ~ s, water retention is 0.3 cm/15 min, PVI value is 0.26. The color strength{ K/S) of the printed fabric is above 12, the degree of uneven dyeing is below 0. 104%, the penetration rate is above 6?%, the removal rate of paste is above 73%, the color fastness to dry rubbing is 4 -5 grade and wet rubbing is 3 -4 grade.
